Standard Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Booking Deposit of 25% is fully refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise Booking Deposit is non-refundable

Balance Payment of 75% is fully refundable if booking is cancelled more than 10 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy Due To Coronavirus:

İf you are unable to travel to Turkey for the dates of your booking due to government travel restrictions, your full credit with us will be protected  and you will have the option to book another date up to 2022.

İf you can not travel for any other reason, our Standard Cancellation Policy applies. We advise all our guests to cover themselves and take out appropriate travel insurance.
