- Airport Transfer
Worried about catching a cab at the ungodly hour you arrive, or finding your way to Kalkan? Worry not. We'll arrange a transfer to collect you from your airport of choice. There's a range of cars you can pick from to suit the size and needs of your group, at a range of prices (prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person). Please note that estimated arrival time from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan is 1.35mins
Our transport company know the location of all our villas. This is both convenient for us as for our Service Managers, who provide your meet and greet, and work from 9am to 9 pm as well as for our guests, particularly when most flights from UK and Europe arrive late at night or early morning. Outside of their working hours our transport company will meet you outside the arrival area displaying your name and will take you to your villa and provide key access.
If you make alternative arrangements for airport transfers or Car Hire and your arrival is outside the working hours, there will be a surcharge of 15 pounds for key drop-off between the hours of 9pm and 9am.
- Welcome Hamper
A complimentry Welcome Hamper is provided to allow you to settle in comfortably without having to rush to the shops as soon as you arrive.
If there are specific items of food and drink you would prefer, please inform us prior to your arrival, and our service manager will make the necessary arrangements (for which you can pay directly on arrival).
- 24/7 Customer Support
TeraMare Holidays has a small team of dedicated staff based in Kalkan. We have an unprecedented response time and are available at all hours of the day (though please go easy on us after midnight). So whether you've encountered something that doesn't work, or you simply want to reserve a table at one of the local restaurants, we're here to help. - Maid Service
Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning (which includes the making of beds, washing-up, emptying of bins and tidying). There is an extra fee for this service, so please contact us for more information.
- Car Hire
No more haggling with local car companies while you're all fresh off the plane and nervy from the flight. We've got your car rental sorted. You'll find the keys to your wheels at your accommodation when you arrive. There's a range of cars you can pick from to suit the size and needs of your group, at a range of daily prices. We hire scooters too!
- Water & Bread Delivery
We appreciate that it can be inconvenient to continually collect and carry large, heavy water bottles from the market. Our service therefore includes the provision of fresh water. A water cooler is provided in most of our villas, and the large bottles of fresh water can be replaced throughout your stay. We also can arrange for delicious local bread to be delivered fresh to you each morning. There is an small charge of one Pound per delivery for this service and goes as tip to our care taker, so please contact us for more information.
- Villa General
We are sensitive to your privacy and always ensure that services are carried out discretely. However given the climate, many of these services have to occur daily such as garden and pool maintenance. The gardens and pool area are maintained daily. Towels and bed linen are changed every Week as part of a thorough clean.
- Home Cooking
In order to ensure your time is spent in relaxation as much as possible, we can provide a Chef to cook for you at your villa. There is an extra fee for this service, so please contact us for more information.
- Home Delivery & Shopping
In order to ensure Guests time is spent in relaxation as much as possible, we have arranged with our selected supermarket(s) to provide this service. Details are provided in the villa and Guests simply contact the supermarket directly (or via your Assistant) and shopping is delivered by the supermarket, with payment made on receipt.
