Weather in Kalkan

The climate in Kalkan is mostly warm and temperate. The summer months (June through to August) is when it gets wonderfully hot, which makes it ideal weather for a seaside holiday on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Here’s a breakdown of the kind of Kalkan weather you can expect throughout the year.

Kalkan Weather: January, February and March

January is the month when Kalkan gets the fewest daily hours of sunshine (6.7 hrs), and the weather is mostly overcast. The average temperature in Kalkan in January is 8.7 °C. By March this rises to about 11.5 °C. The humidity varies between 73% to 69% in these months. After December, the month of January is when Kalkan gets the most amount of rainfall.

Kalkan Weather: July, August and September

With clear skies and plenty of sunshine (9.3 hers per day) you’ll want to stay outdoors as much as possible, to bask in some of that glory. Can you go swimming in Kalkan in October? Yes!
