Ketchy Villa

Enjoying marvelous vistas across the sea from every room, Ketchy is a gem of a property with a Mediterranean charm; it is ideally located on a quiet hillside spot in Kisla. From here it’s a pleasant 2 minute walk to the sea  (the renowned Mahal Beach Club being one of them) and a few minutes drive to the Town Centre. Villa boasts an expansive pool terrace and large private pool which enjoy beautiful views of the bay and distant mountains. The villa is very popular with the most discerning of guests looking for luxury accommodation for large family groups. All the rooms have wall-to-wall sliding patio doors opening out onto large balconies or terraces to fully capture the panoramic views. Each bedroom is en-suite with a luxury shower room.  The villa has an infinity-edged pool - this is almost 2m deep and it also features a sea-facing mid-height seat to allow for relaxation while keeping cool.  Comfortable loungers are provided on the sun terrace, together with parasols and a shaded al-fresco dining area. There are also outside built-in speakers for your favourite chill-out music.

Ketchyvilla have heated pool now.
There is a £200 charge per week payable at entry if pool heating needed.

Ground Floor:
•    Open plan living area with fireplace, comfortable sofas and comfy chairs, leads onto pool terrace the kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including two built in Bosch ovens and microwave + gas hob, kettle, hand mixer, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen TV + DVD player. There is a breakfast bar plus a dining area.  The large glass doors open directly onto the patio area with casual seating and sun loungers around the swimming pool.  The views from the living room are spectacular.
•    Bathroom

First Floor:
•  There are 3 en-suite bedrooms on this level . The front facing bedroom is a double with full sweeping sea views.  To the rear, there is one more double bedroom with partial sea view along with one other bedroom with twin beds.  A hairdryer is provided in all rooms.  All bedrooms are connected to the wide sunny wraparound balcony with stone balustrades.
Second floor:
•    Again, 3 en-suite bedrooms on this level . The front facing bedroom is a double with full sweeping sea views.  To the rear, there is one more double bedroom with partial sea view along with one other bedroom with twin beds.  A hairdryer is provided in all rooms.  All bedrooms are connected to the wide sunny wraparound balcony with stone balustrades.

Top floor:
•    This floor is occupied by the penthouse bedroom suite - a double with en-suite shower and bath facilities and access to a roof terrace. This suite and terrace have breathtaking panoramic views over Kalkan bay.  The roof terrace is furnished with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers for private relaxation.

General:
•    Key features of the property is the stunning infinity pool, A poolside shower and a BBQ are provided for guests´ use
•   Jacuzzi pool which also doubles as a children’s/paddling pool.
•   Third pool, is a beautiful plunge pool with waterfall feature from the main infinity pool (plunge pool approximately 10 square metres)
•    Pool terrace includes sunbeds and outdoor furniture
•    Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a twice-weekly basis, ie - if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 2 weeks, a clean and linen change will be carried out roughly every 3-4 days
•    Optional grocery and fresh bread delivery

Location:
•    There are several popular beach clubs within 2-3 minute walking distance plus a small general store – the owner of which is happy to make deliveries . At the end of the street is "Bob´s", which is a very popular cafe / bar. Bob will even deliver hot pizzas on request!
•    There’s also a reasonably-priced water taxi service to and from Kalkan harbour which operates from the local beach club
•    Shops/restaurants at Kalkan Town Centre is a 15-20 minutes walk
•    Patara beach 20min drive
•    Dalaman airport 1hr 30min drive
•    Islamlar village 20min drive
•    Xanthos 17km/20min drive
•    Saklikent 45km/40min drive
 
Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work
 Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
