This two bedroom apartment of a comfortable size, is one of 10 individual units at Meltem Apartments. Koy is located on the second floor, and enjoys fantastic views of the bay and Taurus mountains from its hillside perch. You’ll find that the nearest beach is Kulube, a 3 minute meander down the hill. While Kalkan Town Centre, and other public beaches are a 20 minute walk away.
Koy boasts simple, tasteful décor and bright breezy interiors. A large, covered balcony overlooking the pool is furnished with table and chairs, making it ideal for al-fresco dining on balmy summer evenings. The two-tier pool(salt water) is exclusive to Meltem Apartments residents only and available for use both day and night.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
