Set over two floors, fully air-conditioned throughout, each level is extremely spacious with floor to ceiling windows.

Apartment is located within the same block as the 3 bedroom Rumi Penthouse Apartment, and is ideal for large groups who prefer to live close together.
First Floor:
Entrance leads to a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen with island/breakfast bar and lounge area with flat screen TV. Living area has contemporary style décor and furnishings and is further enhanced with original art pieces.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a french coffee press, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and washing machine. A guest cloakroom is also provided on this level.
The living area looks out via a large landscape window onto the apartment´s outdoor swimming pool and pool terrace.
Pool Terrace:
The large open terrace can be accessed from the lounge via large sliding patio windows.
Perfect alfresco dining area, good sized pool, sun-loungers, parasols, poolside shower and BBQ. Perfect for sun downers after a day on the beach.
Ground Floor:
A staircase leads the lower ground floor where there are three spacious, beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms and a furnished terrace garden which is accessed by the bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table beneath a large mirror.
The second bedroom is also bright and spacious with twin beds.
Third bedroom is a double.
All bathrooms are beautifully finished with walk in high pressure showers.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
