Villa Supernova

Supernova is a spacious and modern villa Situated in Kiziltas area of Kalkan, with sea views that look out over Kalkan Bay towards Mouse and Snake Islands.

The villa offers every amenity you could wish for, from an indoor pool, to a sauna, hamam and games room plus gym equipments.

Ground floor:

The entrance door leads into a contemporary open plan living space which features a large L-shaped sofa with a circular coffee table and a further armchair with a small side table, together with a large wall mounted smart TV.  The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen island has a 2 further chairs, so if the tables are pushed together, 10 people can be seated comfortably.  The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler.  The kitchen island has a 5 ring gas hob with extractor fan above.

The pool terrace can be accessed from the dining room or living room through floor to ceiling sliding doors. There is also a separate WC on this floor for guests’ use.

Lower ground floor: 

Bedroom 1

A king-sized stylish, four poster bed stands proud in the middle, with a free-standing bath, open wardrobes, vanity area, television, WC, Jack and Jill wash basins, and shower room. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the leisure area. How wonderful it will be to wake up, have coffee by the pool and then a swim to rejuvenate!

Bedroom 2

A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity area, television. Sliding patio doors lead out to a fabulous balcony with sea views and furniture in which to sit and admire them from.

There is also an external door that can be used by guests with a key safe to access this space from the street outside. 

Within the games room area is a hamam, sauna, table football, a pool table that can be turned into a table tennis table or dining table with two benches for seating. There is also a kitchenette with sink and small drinks fridge. 

The gym station equipment includes a press bench, various weights, punch bag, exercise bike, pilates ball and a large wall mounted Smart TV.

The beautiful indoor pool has sun loungers and steps for entry.  Windows look out over a planted terrace with sea views.

First floor:

The wooden clad staircase with glass on either side, leads to the master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on this level.

Bedroom 3

The master bedroom is home to a sumptuous king-size bed, a contemporary armchair, free-standing bath, vanity table, bedside tables, and television. There’s a separate dressing area with open wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Sliding glass doors lead out to a stunning, shared, wrap-around, furnished, balcony with further sea views.

Bedroom 4

Another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, television, and vanity area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the previously mentioned shared balcony area.

Bedroom 5

A further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity area and television. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished shared balcony with sea views.

Outside the villa:

There are 5 double sun beds on wooden platforms submerged in the integral shallow area of the infinity pool. A ladder gives access to the deeper section of the pool and there are two parasols as well.

Outside the kitchen area is a dining table that seats 8 comfortably with a further two extra chairs plus a low table if required.  There is also a portable BBQ for al-fresco dining under the covered part of the terrace.  There is also a sofa set and swing seat provided on the terrace as well.

 Points to note:

• Both pools are salt water
• Outdoor pool dimensions are approximately 12.50 metres x 7.50 metres x 1.40 metres deep (with shallow area)
• Indoor pool dimensions are approximately 9.00 metres x 3.00 metres x 1.25 metres deep

Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £30 per day for the indoor pool only (bookable in advance with at least 7 days’ notice)

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
