Trio Restaurant

As far as decent food joints go, Trio is one we’re happy to recommend. The outdoor seating affords a wonderful al-fresco dining experience on the marina, with sea-side views and fine music.

The menu here is contemporary European crossed with Mediterranean. What’s more, we’re informed their chefs go out their way to source local organic produce, when possible, and make the most of whatever’s in season. Always nice to know.

Now having your fill of the quality grub here doesn’t necessarily guarantee that you’ve had your fill of the cool atmosphere too. This is when diners tend to move onto the lounge area, once their plates are polished off. After all, the night’s always young in Kalkan. The playlist keeps our interest piqued, with its combination of chill-out, lounge and jazz. And the shisha they serve hits the spot.
