Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work

  02 October 2019 @14:43 Lovely large villa with everything you need for a memorable holiday. Great host who visited us on multiple occasions to check everything ok. The view is outstanding and kalkan itself is lovely in the evening where small streets come alive hosting hundreds of different restaurants down by the waters edge. The villa is large, clean, airy and has 3 fridges to stock cold drinks and a refrigerated water fountain. Pool is clean and lovely although could do with a shallow end for kids. It is cheaper to eat out every night than it is to buy food in and cook! Every restaurant we went to was faultless. The villa sits on the side of a mountain, you will need a car or taxi to get to and from the centre, this is where all shops are. the only thing I would point out is that there are a lot of steps (over 50) to get from car to villa. Listing states 25 :-)

  02 October 2019 @11:41 We had a great couple of weeks at Villa Tulipa. Best was the pool area and of course the pool itself which looks out over the town, sea, and distant islands. Bedrooms all comfortable with plenty of light, kitchen all good but light on a few implements which caused us no problems. In the details it tells you it's a ten minute walk to the beach or Harbour, it would take you fifteen mins to get there in reality. Its not a ten minute walk to get back though, it would take forty five hot and sweaty mins as it is a very steep walk. You would need to get a Taxi back up, these are cheap and easy to find in town. By the way forty steps up to the villa from the road and not twenty as stated in details. Sounds like a winge but just supplying the facts. We had a great holiday in a great villa in a stunning location. I would recommend.
