Villa Akdeniz

Villa Akdeniz is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Mediterranean villa, 300 meters to the sea and beach club. Villa is located in a quite Street, and within short walking distance to number of restaurants and market.

Accommodation is arranged over three floor, with the living area on the ground floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi and satellite flat screen television. The private swimming pool plus a roof terrace section with uninturupted views over Kalkan Bay.

Ground Floor:

• Open-plan living/dining/fully equipped kitchen area with TV, leads out to pool terrace. Sliding glass doors to the pool terrace.
• Spacious Pool terrace with partial sea view and outside dining.

First Floor:

• Bedroom1: Double bed, opens to balcony.
• Bedroom2: Double bed, opens to balcony.
• Bathroom: Toilet & shower.
• Laundry room & small Kitchenette to serve the 1st floor terrace area
• Outside terrace & garden seating area

Second Floor:

• Bedroom3: Master Bedroom, Double bed, opens to large balcony, with sea views
• Bathroom: Bathroom is equipped with Bath, shower and toilet.

Third Floor:

• Indoor comfortable lounge area.
• Roof Terrace: Wide open terrace with unobstructed sea views.

Location:

• From Kisla to Kalkan old town (restaurants/Bars/shops) is a 5 min drive, or alternatively 10 min boat taxi from the beach club.
• Beach club has a restaurant, bar and sport facility and is 300 meters from the villa.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
