Villa Alev enjoys the advantages of close proximity to the local buzz, while sacrificing nothing on peace and unobstructed sea-views. Getting to the old harbour and Sea involves a 5 minute walk.
The five bedroom ensuite villa enjoys a compact design with, bright, spot-lit interiors and a modern minimalist décor. The lounge area opens out onto a fantastic spacious pool terrace with private pool which enjoys breath-taking views.
There is ample sunbathing space around the private pool and Jacuzzi. Guests can relax on cushioned sunbeds complete with parasols, side tables and pool towels. There are two outside dining areas and a built in stone BBQ. Very well equipped kitchen and seperate utility room. All bedrooms are large and airy with bathrooms galore! Two sitting rooms makes it perfect for different age groups. One has a large LCD sat tv, DVD and a library with various books and leisure games. The second living room mostly regarded as a chilling out and relaxing room looks out to the pool and to the endless sea. This room has an Ipod docking station. Villa is Air Conditioned throughout.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
