Villa Amore is a beautiful 4 ensuite bedroom, luxury private villa, elevated and looking over the blue sweep of Kalkan  Bay and a mere 10 minute walk to the centre. Uninterrupted sea views from many parts of the property and terraces.  

The outside offers a infinity pool with a BBQ section, garden, a spacious pool terrace for sunbathing and shaded seating and dining areas – perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or al fresco dining.

Ground Floor:

• Ground floor sits on a very spacious pool terrace area.
• A private infinity swimming pool with uninterrupted sea views from from the pool terrace.
• There is a separate stone BBQ, with outside seating.
• The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.
• Open-plan living with indoor dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and quality kitchenware, with flat screen satellite TV

Changeover/checkout: Check-in is at 15.00 hrs, and checkout at 10.00 hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer.  

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 8 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance coverage for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
