Villa Aquamarine

Villa Aquamarine has the added advantage of having two pools on separate levels (the one on the upper level has a Jacuzzi section), plus two spacious terrace areas.

Villas Aquamarine is stunning brand new villas with fantastic views over Kalkan bay. Villa Aquamarine has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilites and the villas have been furnished in a luxurious and contemporary style. They're conveniently located, with the centre of Kalkan town being an approximate 10-15 minutes walk away.

The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area in each villa, features floor to ceiling windows that make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the property.

The modern kitchens are equipped with top quality appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The living are has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Each of the bedrooms has fabulous views and an en-suite bath/shower room. There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom in each villa.

A poolside al-fresco dining area is also provided seating 8 guests.

It has panoramic stunning sea & nature views by the sunbathing area, huge private infinity swimming pool, spacious patio area with sun-beds and sunshades next to the pool, plus a Jacuzzi section.

An al-fresco dining area is also provided, Seats 8 guests. There is a table tennis table as well.

The pool size: 5m. X 10m., Dept is 1.60m. with Jacuzzi children pool as well and Second pool size is 3.5m to 7.5m, Dept is 1.60m.

Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Double French windows look out to the garden, pool and patio area, and of course, those spectacular views!

Second Floor

Bedroom - 3 (En-suite Double) : The En-suite Twin Bedroom with sea and nature view has 2 Single beds, Nightstands, TV, Wardrobe, Air conditioning and Bathroom with Shower. There is huge balcony with stunning seaviews.

Bedroom - 4 (En-suite Double) : The En-suite Double Bedroom with sea and nature view has Double bed, Nightstand, TV, Dressing table, Wardrobe, Air conditioning and Bathroom with shower. There is huge balcony with stunning seaviews.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.
