Villa Arden Ege, a recently renovated property in a very a great location within easy walking distance of the beach and Kalkan’s old town area, wonderful sea views and space.
This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa provides spacious open plan living and generous bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and have sea views.
Ground floor:
This level comprises an open plan living area with L-shaped sofa and flat-screen TV plus a large fully-fitted kitchen (equipped with a range of modern appliances such as cooker, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher), together with a dining area to seat 10 guests.
Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
A twin bedroom can also be found on this level – this bedroom has access to the pool terrace via sliding doors and it also has an en-suite shower room
A guest WC is located on this floor and this also houses a washing machine.
First Floor:
The floor has two double bedrooms – the first of these has an en-suite shower room and its own balcony with two chairs and a small table.
The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room plus a bath. Again, this bedroom has its own balcony with two chairs and small table.
Second Floor:
The second floor also has two double bedrooms with a similar layout to those on the first floor – one has an en-suite shower room and own balcony with two chairs and small table.

On the landing there is a door leading out onto a roof terrace that’s furnished with large pink cushions for seating. This terrace can also be accessed from the second bedroom on this floor.
Outside the villa:
The villa has an attractively-shaped pool, plus a Jacuzzi – the terrace is furnished with 10 sunloungers and 5 parasols.
An al-fresco dining area is provided to seat 10 guests, together with a BBQ.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
