The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace. Pool terrace has 1 daybed and another daybed swinger, you will enjoy everday beautiful sun set, pool for kids and internal jacuzzi pool.
The living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofa and a 55" television with English and Turkish channels. The television is a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix and BluTV app. The villa also has a water cooler, washing machine dryer dishwasher microwave and owen cooker.
A double ensuit bedroom (160x200) has acces from living room , Bathroom walk in shower and dressing room.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms on the first floor which all have sea views. one of the bedroom have twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm can be make a double bed) twin bedroom has access to the house shower room on this level.

Second floor (entry level):
There is a double bedroom on this level with a king size bed (160cm x 200cm) and access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with 2 outside corner sofa .
Outside (ground floor level):
The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool with integral jacuzzi and can be heated (please see below for details on costs). The terrace is furnished with 6 sun-loungers as well as a double mattress sun lounger with integral wooden pergola.
There is also a marble dining table with 10 chairs and a comfortable seating area all under the covered terrace. A built in bbq is also available and there is a double swing seat too!
The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for.
A small gate gives access to the slip road below that leads to Palm beach and the harbour front. Parking is also available above the villa.
