Villa Calikusu

This beautifully designed villa is located in an elevated position above Kalamar Bay and is close to several beach popular beach clubs, including Kalamar, Kulube, and the brand new and much anticipated Lures. It is also a 25-30-minute walk to Kalkan's town centre and can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms, all offering fabulous views.

The carefully considered interior features a spacious open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge area with a Smart TV, and full-length sliding doors opening to the pool terrace, providing abundant natural light and views.

Each of the 5 en-suite bedrooms showcases the villa's vibrant tropical theme.

Bedroom 1 – A master double bedroom with kingsize bed, freestanding bathtub, and private furnished balcony.

Bedroom 2 – A double bedroom with kingsize bed and private furnished balcony.

Bedroom 3 – A third double bedroom with kingsize bed and private furnished balcony.

Bedroom 4 – A master double bedroom with a kingsize bed, a spacious seating area, and outdoor Jacuzzi bath on the private furnished balcony.

Bedroom 5 – The fifth and final bedroom is a twin bedroom with vanity area and private furnished balcony.

Outside, Villa Calikusu boasts a large pool terrace with an infinity pool (approximately 14 metres x 4 metres), a Jacuzzi for up to 10 people, an al-fresco dining area to seat 10, plenty of comfortable seating, hammocks, a swing, loungers, daybeds and parasols plus table tennis.

• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)
