Villa Caretta  is very central in a perfect location and within a 5 minute walk to the centre and to all eminities.  villa is over two floors, with three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, and a raised covered terrace area overlooking the private pool.

Terraced garden is spacious, surrounded with mature trees, with a canopied seating area.

Where it lacks in sea views at the pool level, it makes up in spades in space, character of a perfect boutique villa ideal for a mid size family who want to chill out and walk easily into the centre of the old town. No car required, as everything is within easy reach.

Roof terrace has panoramic views over kalkan bay, and the high mountains that you van enjoy over your sun-downers.

Ground Floor:

• Open planLounge area has a comfortable seating, flat screen TV. The courtyard garden is accessed from the lounge area.
• Kitchen – fully fitted to self cater with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, & dishwasher, Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. İnside dining table, The courtyard garden is also accessed from the kitchen.

First Floor:

* Upon arrival you will only receive 1 security house key with energy saving function.
If the key is lost, the house owner must be informed immediately that the key can be replaced and the tenant will cover the costs.

• Dalaman airport 1hr 45min drive

 

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 16.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
