Villa Dream is located in an elevated position in Kalamar Bay and is a 25-30 minute walk to Kalkan's old town/ town centre. Villa is a brand new villa and boasts a large, cleverly designed split-level outdoor living area featuring a stone BBQ and kitchenette, an infinity pool, and a sunny terrace overlooking the lush garden with rattan seating and table tennis.
Offering four bedrooms and spacious living accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the sea views and features stylish interior design throughout.
Ground Floor
The ground floor hosts 3 of the bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin each with en-suite facilities. Doors leading out to the private enclosed garden.
Bedroom 1 - Twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Doors lead out onto the furnished garden/patio area.
Bedroom 2 - Master bedroom with a King sized bed and an en-suite shower room with twin sinks. Doors lead out onto the furnished garden/patio area.
Bedroom 3 - Second master bedroom with a King sized bed and an en-suite shower room with twin sinks. Doors lead out onto the furnished garden/patio area.
There is also a seperate WC and utility room.
First Floor
The stylish large open-plan living area features an elegant lounge space with large, plush corner sofa, a dining area (seating eight) and a fully fitted kitchen in a modern black, white, and natural wood design to self-cater. Three sets of doors lead out to the pool and alfresco dining terrace where the views of the bay are spectacular.
Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom with King sized bed and en-suite shower. Large glass doors lead out onto the villa's pool terrace.
Outdoor spaces
The spacious terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa and incorporates the infinity swimming pool. To the side of the villa is a dining table with 8 seats, a kitchenette and BBQ with sink, refrigerator, and cupboard, as well as a cushioned Ottoman style seating area. The swimming pool terrace has 8 cushioned rattan sun-loungers and a bamboo covered pergola, 4 parasols and a remote-control awning attached to the wall providing shade from the sun when required. Steps lead down to the villa's lush garden where a cushioned rattan seating area can be found, as well as table tennis for some healthy competition. Three of the four bedrooms open out on to the garden.
This villa has its own parking space.
Changeover/checkout:
Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 16.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £750 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
