Villa Gogen

Gogen Evi is a four-bedroom magnificent house with a very sought-after location on the hillside above one of Kalkan´s exclusive hotels, The Bay. 

It is just a five-ten minute stroll from Kalkan harbour with a path leading directly from the property into the town. It is the ideal position to nip out for coffee, or shopping. 

Among its finest features are the mesmerising sea views over the Bay of Kalkan.  The spacious terrace and swimming pool look out across the bay. Here there is also a traditional BBQ with al fresco seating for eight, which makes the ideal spot for dining under the stars.  Laid-out on two floors in traditional ottoman style, the huge villa boasts an elegant, contemporary design with a large ground floor sitting room. Three of the bedrooms have large balconies and the windows are framed by pretty wooden shutters. 

Ground Floor:

•   Sliding doors open from the sitting room onto the Pool Terrace with wonderful views across the pool and out to sea.  The setting is just perfect for dining alfresco.
•   A split-level Open-plan lounge divided into a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD, CD player ad iPod dock, dining area and steps up to a fully-fitted kitchen.
•   Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with island unit, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
•   Twin bedroom with two single beds;  en-suite bathroom with shower Sliding doors open onto the Pool Terrace with wonderful views across the pool and out to sea.
•   WC

 First floor:

•   Spacious double master bedroom, with en suite shower/WC, is situated at the front of the house and has a balcony with fabulous sea views.
•   Double bedroom with king sized bed; en-suit bathroom with shower; access to balcony
•   Twin bedroom with two single beds;  en-suite bathroom with shower; A door opens from the landing onto another side balcony. 

General:

•   Private pool 3 x 6m. Depth: 1.50m
•   Pool terrace includes sunbeds and outdoor furniture
•   Weekly maid service (or as when required at extra cost)

•   A caretaker is available during the day for any emergencies

 Please note that Saturday - Saturday bookings are preferred, although some leeway can be allowed with this depending on availability and at owner's discretion.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
