Villa Kaitak offers the perfect combination of a pool and sea, and just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from central Kalkan. The highlight of Villa Kaitak is its Roof Terrace - it boasts spectacular sea-views from all levels, including the pool terrace. Roof terrace is furnished with a bar with outdoor seating, sun loungers and it affords the perfect opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Kalkan bay and long, drawn out nights of star-gazing with a cocktail.
Interiors are very bright and lots of wall-to-wall French windows. Villa is tastefully furnished, terracotta antique stone tile flooring. The décor is memorable.
The pool terrace has a good sized private pool, sea views, sun-loungers, seating area, al-fresco dining table (seats 6) and side gardens. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. While the pool area receives sunshine for most of the day, ultimate sunseekers may also enjoy the roof terrace for further sunbathing opportunity.
Ground Floor:
Open plan lounge and kitchen area is beautifully furnished and is airy and light. The lounge has an elegant spiral staircase leading up to the first floor and roof terrace plus a fireplace and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has marble work- surfaces, is modern and contemporary with all the essential appliances, including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler and fridge-freezer. The central breakfast bar overlooks the pool terrace outside.
The first double bedroom and adjacent bathroom are located on this level. The bedroom has direct access out onto the pool terrace via a sliding door.
Access to the pool and sun terrace is from the lounge and kitchen area and from the double bedroom on the ground floor.
First floor:
The villa’s second double bedroom and a twin bedroom are situated on this floor.
Each of these has an en-suite with shower room and each have access to balconies with different aspects and lovely views of Kalkan Bay. The bedrooms are spacious and light including occasional seating and plenty of wardrobe space.

Location:
Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
