The villa also boasts an entertainment room, table tennis and a security/alarm system with CCTV. The property is located around a 20 minute walk from Kalkan´s town centre and comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a WC and 4 en suite bedrooms.
Villa is furnished with great taste, boasting wonderful sea views, three restaurants within walking distance and a short walking distance to Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs.
The pool has a Jacuzzi feature section plus a decked area with double daybeds. There are sunloungers and parasols provided in addition to a comfortable seating area, and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower can also be found on the terrace.
The villa has a garage, table tennis, gym equipment, a private garden area and parking space. fully air conditioned throughout, has WiFi internet access and under floor heating.
Ground floor:
Open plan lounge area with direct access to the villa´s pool terrace via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. There are L-shaped sofa and an armchair providing plenty of comfortable seating, plus flat-screen TV with Satellite channels and DVD player.
In the centre of the room is a unique dining table made from reclaimed wood with a contemporary resin middle, perfect for getting the party together for some memorable meals.
The kitchen area incorporates an island unit, granite topped work surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including a stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is a dining table and seating for 8 guests, and this floor also has a guest cloakroom in addition to a utility room housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor:

Second floor:
Bedroom 4: The ensuite master bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity station, and the room opens out on to the large rooftop terrace which features a jacuzzi to enjoy with a cocktail or two.
The property also has a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Location:
Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
