Villa Louise is a large and  expansive villa on a 420 sq. Meter plot. A truely an exceptional 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa, sleeps 8. Villa benefits from an special position on and overlooking the mesmerising deep blue sweep of Kalkan bay.

Villa benefits from all day sun regardless of the time of year. The architecture  at Louise is set at different levels to swim, sunbathe, alfresco dining and to chill-out at raised terrace area offering BBQ, outside dining, at pool terrace area with ottoman seating, and at roof terace, all with amazing uninterrupted views, surrounded by mature gardens providing high level of privacy.

Ground Floor:

• Lounge area has a comfortable sofa (seating for 8), coffee table, and a flat screen TV. The courtyard garden is accessed from the lounge.
• Kitchen – Brand new designer fully fitted to self cater with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher, Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. İnside dining table seats 8 persons. The courtyard garden is also accessed from the kitchen via french windows.

First Floor:

• Master Bedroom 3: spacious bedroom with Queen size bed, spacious balcony with uninterrupted views over kalkan bay.
• Bedroom 4: Spacious bedroom with Double size bed.
• Bathroom: This is a large bathroom with toilet, shower, and doubles up as a utility room with washing machine and clothes drier.

Roof Terrace:

• Outside stairs from the BBQ and and alfresco dining area lead upto the roof terrace with ouside seating and panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.

Outside Grounds

• Courtyard garden – at the ground floor level.
• Pool terrace area - has two shaded areas here around the  infinity pool, with alfresco dining area and a lounge area. The pool has sufficient sunbeds for your group.
• Raised terrace - has a covered Alfresco dining area from the summer sun with BBQ.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 16.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
