Villa Mandalina

Villa Mandalina is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom new and modern Mediterranean villa, elevated and looking over the mesmerising deep blue sweep of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay.

LaVanta is the perfect place for couples or families wishing to holiday in a private villa with the option to enjoy the fantastic communal areas that the LaVanta resort has to offer. These include a stunning 25 metre pool (with children's section), a bar + restaurant and club house.

The villa's two floors are laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is spacious and very stylishly furnished. A TV and DVD player are provided. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Patio doors from this level lead directly out onto the pool terrace.

A shower room is also situated on this floor - this also houses a washing machine.

First floor:

This floor is occupied by the villa’s three beautifully-appointed bedrooms; the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double and a twin room which share a shower room on this level. French doors from the Master bedroom and the double bedroom allow access to a wide balcony with stunning sea views.

Outside the villa:

Outside, you will find a spacious terrace area with ample loungers, parasols plus a shaded al-fresco dining area that seats 6 people (BBQ provided).

The property is surrounded by mature gardens and grassed areas which provide a high level of privacy. 

The villa has its own pool for sole use as well as use of the fabulous communal pool with children’s section. The villa's pool is approximately 3.5 metres x 5 metres x 1.6m deep. 

General: 

• Pool towels are provided at this villa
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• All rooms are air-conditioned
• A weekly clean and linen change is carried out (so if you're staying for 2 weeks, you'll have a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The communal pool is circa 100 metres away from the villa - this pool is approximately 25 metres in length. There is also a children's section of the pool
• As well as the communal pool, the resort's facilities also include a club house with bar and restaurant. The club house has a table-tennis and pool table
• Kalkan town is approximately 2kms away (5 minutes in a car / taxi)
• The resort benefits from having 24 hour security in place 

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 16.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
