Villa Mercury

With its unobstructed bay views, Villa Mercury enjoys one of the hottest spots in Kalkan’s Kalamar area. This classy duplex boasts a unique design built around an expansive pool-terrace hemmed in by a private, rectangular infinity pool. The interiors are bright and spacious, with contemporary furnishings and a snazzy décor.

All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, excellent views and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. Outdoors, a stone-oven BBQ and covered dining area, offers the ideal opportunity for out-door cooking and alfresco dining by the pool. The roof terrace up top has a rattan settee on which to enjoy sunsets over the distant islands. 

Ground floor:

•   A large open plan living space, which comprises a sitting room area with a flat screen TV, PlayStation 3, surround sound system, DVD player and small library. There is an inside dining area and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, water cooler and ice maker.

First floor:

 The roof terrace is furnished with a rattan seating set to enjoy the fabulous open sea and mountain views.

 General: 

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Pool dimensions are approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres (1.7 metres deep)
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• Villa Mercury has wheelchair access to the villa

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work
