Villa Mirada Uno maximizes the impact of the superb views and within walking distance of charming Kalkan. This stunning five bedroom villa combines contemporary stylish interiors with wonderful sea views from either the generous pool terrace or the luxurious bedrooms. Owing to its elevated position, the villa offers amazing sea and mountain views and is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
Large L-shaped open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen features a range of modern appliances including built in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
A spacious dining and lounge area opens out on the stunning terrace via sliding glass doors.
A double bedroom is also located on this floor, with en-suite shower room, patio, small garden area and partial sea views.
First floor:
Three further bedrooms can be found on this level; two with king-size beds and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and en-suite shower rooms, balconies and magnificent sea views.
Second floor:
The whole of the second floor is occupied by the Master bedroom suite. This has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and a large terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and sea.
Outside the villa:
The large terrace gives you plenty of space to enjoy those fabulous views. There is a raised seating area with retractable gazebo, plenty of sunbeds and parasols as well as an outside dining area along the side of the villa.
The stunning infinity pool is accessed by steps and comes complete with shallow end for sun loungers, plus a Jacuzzi section.
A shaded parking area with space for 2 cars is also provided.
Location:
Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
