Haute living meets local charm in this romantic retreat off the turquoise coast. Villa Nazar is a beautiful summer home which combines a quaint, Mediterranean façade with stylish, modern interiors. Outdoors you’ll find a generous sized garden with a luscious lawn and planted with matured trees all around to offer privacy. Villa Nazar boasts a rectangular, private pool, and a pool terrace which is furnished with sun-loungers and rattan seating. Offering more excuses to lounge outdoors is an alfresco dining area, and Covered ottoman seating corner with wooden decking.
Inside, rooms are bright and breezy with plenty of French windows to maximise on the fantastic views. The décor is stylish and tasteful with natural elements, and bedrooms boast vaulted ceilings with wooden beams. Situated in LaVanta, one of Kalkan’s up and coming resort villages, Villa Nazar enjoys open-sea views and a peaceful location. LaVanta is an idyllic new settlement with cypress lined roads, Greek-village style houses, swimming pools, outdoor sports areas, a spa and resident crèche. On site there are restaurants and cafes. From here it’s a quick 5 minute drive to the Town Centre and local beaches.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
