  24 August 2022 @15:20 This is the most beautiful villa and probably one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot! Beautiful and comfortable and not a soulless rental at all, you feel like you’re staying in someone’s lovely home. All the facilities worked beautifully from air-conditioning right through to kitchen appliances, great TV with Netflix - literally everything you could want! Lovely pool, very clean with great ensuite for each room etc. There are some new villas being built to the right but building work off season is not allowed and they don’t spoil the lovely view. Teramare Holidays were fantastic - in particular shout out to Kaan for looking after us so beautifully, making sure that everything we needed was taken care of and just being a fantastic agent. We would definitely stay in this villa again! Highly recommended!

  06 November 2021 @10:35 Stunning Villa - We had a fabulous week in Villa Pairidaeza. The villa has incredible uninterrupted views of Kalkan & Kalamar bay along with mouse & snake Island. The beds are really comfy we all slept really well, the location is peaceful and green. There is plenty of outside space for sunbathing and the pool is beautiful . The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need , we did have one bbq. We didn't spend as much time at the villa or use the other facilities on LaVanta because it was at the end of the season , we had just one week which isn't long enough to explore this wonderful area where there is so much to see and do. Kalkan town is a very short taxi ride away, Patara beach also not far by taxi , We would highly recommend Villa Pairidaeza and will definitely be back thank you.

  04 November 2021 @09:51 The villa lays outside Kalkan on the way to Patara in the gated community La Vanta. It offers great views over the bay of Kalkan. You see the city lights at night as well as the stars above. The unheated pool is about 7 x 3 meters, great for a little morning swim. Rooms are perfectly laid out, two bedrooms upstairs (one with a balcony, again view at the sea), one is down stairs with it's own terrasse. Kitchen connects to the living area which opens up to the garden where you have the pool right in front. Kitchen provides everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven and sharp knives. The only thing you should be aware of is that the main coastal road is close to the villa, you cannot see it, but you can hear a (albeit distance) constant noise from it. It was quiet with not much traffic at night though. For Turkey first timers (like us), I can highly recommend the two cities (or villages) Kås and Kalkan, both offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars and little shops. Each of them very individual and personal. Another good thing is that you have one of Turkey's biggest beaches within 15 minutes drive (Patara). It's a sandy beach and has clear waters. The beach offers a restaurant and umbrellas for rent. You pay 40 TL for five days to enter.
