Beautifully furnished Villa Panorama sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, situated in a quiet location with stunning views over the bay of Kalkan and surrounding hills providing you with a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a home to home environment and a 20 minute walk to Old Town/ town centre.

Vllla enjoys an expansive pool terrace with large swimming pool and garden with covered dining and lounge area set in mature gardens and is furnished with sun beds, parasols, BBQ, dining table and chairs.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor opens to a spacious entrance which leads a large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and sepeate entrance to a large lounge with comfortable seating, TV.

• A very spacious pool terrace area and a large infinity swimming pool with sea and mountain views.
• Living area comprises of a lounge seating.
• Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
• Large sliding glass doors lead out to the swimming pool terrace and the alfresco dining area.
• Bedroom 1 - Twin bedroom with two single beds, opens out to garden and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bathroom/Toilet with shower

First Floor:

The first floor comprises of two bedrooms with en suite facilities, air conditioning each with its own balcony. There is a central covered balcony with dining table and chairs with a view over the bay.

• Bedrooms 2 - Double master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, , balcony with seating and unobstructed sea-views.
• Bedrooms 3 - Double master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, , balcony with seating and unobstructed sea-views.

Second Floor:

The second floor comprises double bedroom and private roof terrace.

• Bedroom 4 - A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, leads out to the roof terace with sea views.

Roof Terrrace:

• Spacious roof terrace area with outside seating and magnificent views of Kalkan bay.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 16.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £750 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.

  24 April 2023 @19:47 I have just returned from a fantastic trip to Kalkan. We stayed in Villa Panorama and the property had a great outdoor area with plenty of space and a good sized pool. The view was lovely and overall the location was ideal. The inside of the property was modern and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the water cooler was a great touch.  I was overall very impressed with the villa and I would definitely stay there again.

  24 April 2023 @08:27 This villa is a piece of heaven in beautiful Kalkan. My husband and I have been to Kash but first time in Kalkan. This gorgeous villa with its breathtaking panoramic view, beautiful layout, welcoming outdoor and swimming pool was a perfect getaway and an amazing choice for our stay. Morad bey and Kaan bey are amazing hosts and we look forward to visiting Kalkan and staying in Panorama villa again with my family this summer.
