Villa Parigul is a brand new seafront villa, 50 meters to sea, providing a private hamam, Jacuzzi, heated pool and a choice of three beach clubs at your door step. Beautifully furnished sleeps 12 people in 5 ensuit bedrooms, situated in a quiet location in Kalamar bay, with stunning totally unobstructed views over the bay and surrounding hills providing you with a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a home to home environment and a 20 minute walk to Old Town/ town centre

Vllla enjoys an expansive pool terrace with  a 9mX7.5mX1.6m infinity swimming pool a garden with dining and lounge area, furnished with sun beds, parasols, BBQ, dining table and chairs.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor opens to a spacious entrance which leads a large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a large lounge with comfortable seating, Flat screen 55’ TV.

• Infinity Pool is 2.6m width, 9m length and 1.6 depth.
• Living area comprises of a comfortable lounge seating.
• Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.

Annexe:

Stairs from the ground floor lead to a spacious Annexe,  which comprises of:

• A very spacious terrace area with water fountain and seating.
• Bedroom 1 - en suite with two single beds.
• Seperate lounge area.
• Laundry room.
• Small gym with exercise equipment.
• Guest Bathroom/Toilet.
• Turkish Hamam, Spa (Please contact our service manager for details of usage and charges).
• Private parking for two cars.

First Floor:

The first floor comprises of three en suite  double bedrooms.

• Bedrooms 2 - Double master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, balcony with seating and unobstructed sea-views.
• Bedrooms 3 - Double master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, balcony with seating and unobstructed sea-views.
• Bedrooms 4 - Double master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, balcony with seating and unobstructed sea-views.

Second Floor:

The second floor comprises large master double bedroom and private roof terrace.

• Bedroom 5 – Spacious open plan double bedroom en-suite with bath and toilet. Opens to roof terace with sea views.

Roof Terrrace:

• Spacious roof terrace area with Jacuzzi, Sun Loungers, outside seating and magnificent views of Kalamar bay.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 14.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £350 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.

  08 September 2024 @17:17 Die Villa Parigul war sehr schön, sowohl innen als auch im außenbereich. Wir hatten wundervolle Tage ruhige Lage. Würde ich zu 100% weiter empfehlen und auch wieder Buchen !
