Villa Rosy

Villa Rosy combines quality with superb design throughout and a fabulous outdoor space, plus some of the best sea vistas in Kalkan.

The villa is in a peaceful and elevated location above Kalamar Bay and is close to several beach popular beach clubs, including Kalamar, Kulube, and the brand new and much anticipated Lures Hotel. It is also a 25-30 minute walk to Kalkan's town centre or a short taxi ride away.

Ground floor:

Upon entering, the beautiful pink door with ornate stained glass side panels leads into the hallway. On one side is a cloakroom with basin and WC for guests’ use, featuring a wonderful feature alcove. 

The well-equipped kitchen features a central breakfast bar, the perfect gathering spot for making plans and memories. Adjacent, a super chic and stylish dining area awaits, leading to the galleried sitting room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows—your front-row seat to the awe-inspiring seascapes. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors from the kitchen onto the shaded veranda, creating a seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living—a space designed for entertaining in style.

On this floor, discover the allure of bedroom 4—a beautifully appointed ensuite double bedroom, tastefully decorated in pastel-mandarin hues. With a walk-in wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the pool terrace, it's the ideal retreat for early risers seeking a pre-breakfast dip in the inviting waters.

First floor:

Ascend the stairs to the first floor, where vibrant living awaits.

Bedroom 1

The master ensuite bedroom dazzles with several shades of pink, boasting a generous size, a walk-in wardrobe, a free-standing bath, and a furnished sea-facing balcony. The ensuite is equally impressive, featuring his and hers washbasins.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom two shines in avocado green—an ensuite twin bedroom with a vanity station and a balcony offering glorious sea views.

Bedroom 3

The final ensuit room, captivates with a roman-purple color scheme, a round statement bed, a free-standing bath, and far-reaching sea views both inside and out.

Outside the villa:

The infinity pool has steps for access at one end with a large shallow area compete with two circular daybeds partially immersed in the water.  There are 4 cushioned sun loungers with side tables by the pool and a separate plunge pool with an integral bench and a canopy offering breath-taking vistas.

At the side of the villa beneath a large pergola, is a dining table that seats 8 as well as a comfortable L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table. In addition, a beautiful swing seat is suspended from this covered area.

There is also a portable BBQ for al fresco dining as well as an outside sink and food preparation area. 

A shower and table tennis are also provided on the terrace to the rear of the villa.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• Cleaning and linen changes are on a weekly basis (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• A safe is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• The villa has an external CCTV system
• There is a garage suitable for one car below the villa
• The Jacuzzi jets within the separate plunge pool on the terrace will not be functional until the 2024 season
