Arrive via a private car park; descend a flight of stairs into the main courtyard with a garden filled with sunshine in the morning and providing plenty of shade during hot afternoons.

First Floor

As you enter the house, it greets you with a small hallway and two bedrooms plus their own individual private ensuite and a shared balcony.
The master bedroom includes a Super King sized bed overlooking exquisite sea views.
The second bedroom has a King sized bed replete with more excellent sea views.

Both rooms have fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, ceiling fans and Air Conditioning.

Second Floor

Two further double bedrooms with their individual, private ensuite and sea views welcome you on the second floor. One bedroom can be configured into a single bed configuration or a double bed configuration.

Roof Terrace

A stunning, panoramic and unobstructed view of Kalkan Centre, Kalkan Bay and the Mountain range before you and behind you for taking in the sunrise or sunset complete with sofa seating, barstool seating and a kitchenette (including a sink, a dishwasher and a fridge).

Ground Floor

A spacious, open plan living space containing a fully equipped kitchen and living room with all modern appliances plus a bathroom to one side.
Multiple sliding doors open out onto an outdoor al fresco dining area and a pool terrace. Kitchen amenities include an Oven, a Fridge and Freezer, a Dishwasher, a Filter Coffee machine and a Water dispenser. The living room contains a large, Flat Screen Smart TV for Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system and a Piano for your leisure.

A leisurely morning/afternoon can be enjoyed on the pool terrace that opens out onto the infinity pool with a cantilevered split deck for added sunbathing lounger space overlooking the Kalkan Bay. In the early evening, dine al fresco outside before moving up to the roof terrace for evening cocktails while enjoying the sunset.

For a single week stay there will be no mid week cleaning. If guests are staying more than one week cleaning will be done weekly.
