Tastefully designed over three floors, Villa offers privacy in abundance and boasts a modern, minimalist décor, with bright, airy spaces and color-themed bedrooms. Outdoors the patio is furnished with all the paraphernalia you’ll require to while away lazy afternoons by the infinity pool. While the roof terrace is the ideal spot to catch the sunset over a languid, alfresco dinner.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.

  02 October 2019 @13:38 I am sat here cloudy skys and forecast of rain thinking about my trip to Kalkan! This is the 4th time we have used you and honestly you get better and better. The villa you found with a lot of teenagers in the group was brilliant and the fact that we had most of the dinners/ beach clubs and boat trip organised before we left England was a true bonus with a lot of people to organise. It is always a pleasure to see you and thank you for the best boat we have been on - stunning. Thank you Overseas Collection!

  02 October 2019 @13:02 7 of us stayed for 10 nights in June. 4 adults and 3 teenagers. I work within the travel industry and have been lucky enough to travel far and wide but this was my first trip to Turkey. I can honestly say this is the BEST villa we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped, especially outside. Spacious and beautifully presented. The view is unbeatable and the haunting sound of prayer from the Mosque as it floats up the hill is hauntingly beautiful.. I cannot stress enough how friendly and welcoming everyone was, especially the owner Murat who would drop off lovely produce from his garden. An unforgettable experience that all of us agree may be impossible to beat. As a side note value for money was exceptional. In the cost of the villa, taxi’s and local restaurants.
